Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Set-up / Ensure smooth following of all the standard operating processes required for the smooth running of day-to-day activities at Hubs and delivery points
2. Leading Vendor Management, SCM, Logistics, Strategy and Process excellence programs
3. Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic 3PL Vendors & Order fulfilment and delivery.
4. Responsible for the Last Mile Cost of the cluster with accountability of budgets / P&L ownership , including Managing the performance of all hub leads in cluster 6. Own day-to- day operational metrics; along with team management, ensuring process adherence, quality and resource planning.
5. Plan monthly team activities and review performance reports with a view to meeting monthly and quarterly OKR targets
6. Play a significant role in long term planning with a view to deliver operational excellence
7. Review Cost statements and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement Main areas of focus:
   • Customer complaints
   • Manpower Efficiency
   • Delivery Schedule
   • New Customer Delivery
