PLANT SUPERVISOR Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To Look after Manpower as per indent against actual present on shop floor and their deployment.
2. To look after Raw Material, Ice receiving & GRN preparation
3. To comply with the production schedule & express as per given plan & within given time for Evening & morning dispatch, all products should be produced, packed and dispatched as per the cut off time.
4. Daily Physical Stock of RM & FG at the end of operation in a given format and perform local stock reconciliation in the system
5. All production & food safety related documentation
6. Ensure internal requirements and legal mandates in labels
7. Hygiene & Sanitization of plant & equipment as per the SOP
8. Adherence to HACCP & GMP processes
9. To Ensure yield as per standard
10. Ensure the final product specification compliance.
11. To monitor Repacking & documentation
12. To ensure hourly update & Yield tracking documents
13. To keep records of RM & PM utilisation.
14. FIFO should be followed for RM & FG
15. Magento process and dispatch related activities
16. Training to new worker as per our requirement
