Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential restaurant clients who can benefit from procurement solutions.
  • Understand the specific procurement needs and challenges of each restaurant and provide tailored solutions that enhance their procurement experience
  • Conduct presentations and live demonstrations of the app, showcasing its features, product variety, and benefits.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers, ensuring long-term client retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of sales team.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to revise sales strategies from time to time.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the respective CRM system.
  • Gather and convey client feedback to the product and development teams to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirement:

Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the restaurant, foodservice, or e-commerce industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence restaurant owners and managers.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools will be a plus.
  • Understanding of restaurant procurement processes is a plus.
